Chetan R. Shah is a B. Tech. (Civil Engineering) from IIT Bombay and M.S. (Structural Engineering) from the University of Houston, USA. He has three decades of experience in planning, operations, quality assurance and execution of large projects. He values traditional concepts as much as the latest cutting edge technology. He believes that a well-constructed environment creates a better society. He shows keen interest in matters affecting the society, and has served the Lions' movement in various capacities.

Mayur R. Shah is a Civil Engineer from University of Bombay and M.S. in Structural Engineering from Oklahoma State USA. He has several years of rich and varied experience in the construction industry. He pays minute attention to every aspect of construction right from basic details like structural strength to planning the amenities that customers look forward to. He lays special emphasis on quality accross the board, and this efforts has resulted in a zero-defect status in all Marathon projects. He is involved in various social activities and takes active part in the functioning of V.P. Jain Jagruti Centre and is a member of the Managing Committee of Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry. He has been the past President of Rotaract Charitable Trust.

S. Ramamurthi is a graduate in Economics and a Chartered Accountant with post-graduation in Systems Management. He has over three decades of post-qualification experience in general management with large organizations in real estate, construction, infrastructure, engineering, textiles, manufacturing, service, trading and electronics in India and abroad. Mr. Ramamurthi has extensive experience in finance and accounts, encompassing the secretarial, legal and commercial aspects, including raising equity and debt, managing investment finance, tax management, financial re-engineering, liaisoning and setting up new organizations.

V. Nagarajan has over four decades of expertise in different disciplines in the corporate sector, particularly the secretarial, legal and financial functions. His experience includes the takeover of cement plants and the engineering division of a leading corporate, and liaisoning with Central and State Governments on matters relating to Excise, Mining, Coal Linkage, Sales Tax, etc.

V. Ranganathan is a retired Civil Servant from the IAS cadre with decades of distinguished service at senior levels in the State and Central Governments. He has had successful stints as the Municipal Commissioner of the Brihan Mumbai Mahanagarpalika and as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra. Mr. Ranganathan currently devotes his time to various social organizations. Among other things, he advises a prestigious trust and coordinates its activities.

Mr.Padmanabha Shetty has over two decades of experience in Corporate, Investment banking and in other similar banking disciplines. He is presently involved in Advisory Services of Private Placement of Securities, IPO, Capital Restructuring, Debt Syndication, Fund raising and other allied services of various corporate entities.
